Approaching Midnight: Oversight of the Bush Administration’s Last-Minute Rulemakings – Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming – 2008-12-11 – From global warming to water quality to endangered species to clean air, the Bush administration is pushing harder than ever to advance its anti-environmental agenda by rescinding, changing, or issuing rules, with negative consequences for our natural resources, environment, and America’s energy policy. A panel of environmental and regulatory experts discussed the ramifications of these last-minute rulemakings at a hearing on December 11, 2008 before Chairman Edward J. He joined Coker International in 2003 and handled International Business Development in the textile markets of India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. As part of his MBA program he completed an assignment as a Senior Business Development Analyst with ICA Fluor, a joint venture of Fluor Corporation in Mexico. Following that he served as the General Manager of Coker International for a brief period before returning to school to finish his MBA. His MBA concentrations were International Business, Marketing, and Strategy. He speaks English, Spanish, Tamil, and French. International Business Manager Amit Rane has a MBA in International Business from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai University, India.
